Santa Barbara Soul Fest is a unique community gathering, and your presence helps co-create the magic. To honor the space, energy, and materials involved in organizing this event, here’s how contributions are structured:
Event Overview
Santa Barbara Soul Fest is a community event celebrating healing, wellness, creativity, and sacred arts. This is a heart-led space for local healers, artists, and conscious businesses to showcase their offerings, connect with the community, and create a beautiful day of soulful connection and inspiration.

Live Group Offerings
Vendor booths will be open throughout the day from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Restorative/Gentle Yoga
(Seeking 1 Facilitator)
1:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Group Past Life Regression Hypnosis
(Facilitated by Monica Gold Soul)
3:30 PM – 4:30 PM: Sound Bath Journey
(Seeking 1 Facilitator)
Due to the flow and timing of the event, these will be the only three featured group offerings on the main stage area.
We warmly invite all other participating vendors and healers to offer demonstrations, mini sessions, or small group experiences at their own booth space throughout the day. This allows for an interactive, spacious, and heart-centered experience across the entire event.
Vendor & Healer Booth Details
Fee: $150 per booth (non-refundable)
Booth Size: Approx. 8’ x 6’ space (includes 6 ft table space + area for display/setup)
Booth Includes:
• Space to offer services, mini sessions, or readings
• Option to sell products (art, healing tools, books, etc.)
• Opportunity to promote your services and connect with attendees
Vendors/Healers are encouraged to create interactive, welcoming spaces.
You may also host live demos, talks, or mini-offerings at your booth throughout the day.
Healers Facilitating a Group Offering
If you are selected to lead a main group experience (yoga or sound bath), you will not be charged a booth fee if you are only offering the group session. If you wish to also have a booth space, the $150 booth fee applies due to space and logistics.
Important Notes
• Space is limited to ensure a curated, harmonious flow
• Booth placement will be thoughtfully assigned
• All vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, signage, and setup. TBD if canopy’s or umbrellas will be permitted
• No electricity provided unless pre-approved
