About Jacqueline
I’m a somatic therapist and holistic mental health practitioner specializing in working with women navigating trauma, life transitions, and nervous system dysregulation. My approach weaves together body-based practices, mindfulness, and evidence-informed psychotherapy to create a compassionate and grounded space for healing. I also offer deep grief support, honoring grief as a sacred and transformative process—whether it arises from loss, identity shifts, or personal transformation. Additionally, I provide preparation and integration support for psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, helping clients engage with these experiences safely and meaningfully. I believe in each woman’s innate capacity to heal, and I’m honored to support their unique path toward wholeness and empowerment.
What Being Trauma Informed Means to Me
Being trauma-informed, to me, means holding a deep awareness of how trauma can shape a person's nervous system, behaviors, relationships, and overall sense of safety in the world. It involves recognizing the signs of trauma, understanding its widespread impact, and approaching every interaction with compassion, non-judgment, and care. In my practice, I strive to create a space that is grounded in safety, choice, collaboration, trust, and empowerment—all of which are key principles of trauma-informed care. I also draw from holistic approaches that honor the mind-body connection, integrating modalities that support emotional regulation, nervous system healing, and embodied awareness. Whether we’re working with talk therapy, EMDR, breathwork, Hakomi Mindfulness, psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy or other somatic practices, I always aim to meet each client where they are, honoring their pace and their inner wisdom. Trauma-informed practice isn’t just a method—it’s a lens and a commitment to holding space in a way that respects each person’s experience.

Women's Grief & Soulful Support
A sacred space for women to honor and process anxiety, depression, low-self esteem, abandonment trauma, anxious attachment, and grief in its many forms—whether through the loss of a loved one, identity, or a major life transition. This offering includes support for the maiden to mother rite of passage, acknowledging the depth of change that comes with stepping into new phases of womanhood. Grounded in nature-based therapy and somatic wisdom, sessions invite connection with the Earth, the body, and ancestral cycles to support deep emotional healing and soulful integration. Native American teachings also inform this work, offering a spiritual framework that honors the cycles of life, death, and rebirth, as well as the wisdom of the natural world and its inherent healing power.
